Special Funds

The Special Funds Accounting section of the Controller's Office performs accounting and financial reporting tasks for:

- Grants and Contracts
- Revenue generating Trust Funds
- Overhead Receipts
- Trust Funds that receive financial support from the ASU Foundation, Inc.

Trust fund responsibilities of this area include:

- Creating new Banner funds
- Budget Revisions
- Expenditure Transfers
- Cash Management
- Financial Reporting to grant awarding agencies
- Providing technical support to grant project directors regarding program financial management.
